The current Coronavirus pandemic is clearly having a huge impact on communities near and far. These are unprecedented times, certainly in the thirty six years S&N Lighting has been in business in Burnaby.


The situation is changing rapidly and S&N is first and foremost committed to the safety of our customers and staff. We are actively following guidelines issued by BC provincial health to help contain the COVID-19 outbreak.


These measures include close monitoring of our team with staff being required to work from home should there be any signs or risks of infection. Hand washing routines have also been increased and naturally we have increased the hygiene regime at the store in terms of cleaning, particularly of light switches, door handles, phones, computer keyboards and any items that could potentially be liable to the onward transmission of a virus.


Having undertaken a risk assessment, we have put in place contingency plans that allow us to operate on a ‘business as usual’ basis, subject to the following additional precautionary changes:

Our existing returns and exchange policy remains in place but we have now extended the window for returns to 30 days after purchase, subject to verbal confirmation via phone from a member of staff.


We are in constant communication with our distributors and suppliers and despite the current situation we are confident of fulfilling orders as per normal. We have always seen ourselves as part of the community and, should anyone require additional assistance during this time, we shall be pleased to try and help wherever possible.
