We want to express our sincere gratitude to and admiration for all of our essential workers who have served and continue to selflessly help their communities through this Covid-19 pandemic. We in turn remain committed to doing all that we can to ensure the safety and well being of our customers, staff and neighbours.
While it is clear there is no room for complacency in our approach to Covid-19, we are, to quote Dr Bonnie Henry, moving forward.
Measures that have been in place from the outset will continue with no compromise. These include:
- close monitoring of our team (with staff being required to work from home should there be any signs or risks of infection)
- strictly enforced hand washing routines and adherence to the hygiene regime at the store in terms of cleaning (particularly of light switches, door handles, phones, computer keyboards and any items that could potentially be liable to the onward transmission of a virus)
- minimal physical distancing of at least 2m must be observed at all times
- there will be a limit to the number of total people in the store at any one time.
With these and other practical measures in place we are pleased to welcome you back to our showroom.
The S&N Lighting family want to thank you for your support and patience these past months. Many things have changed, and many will remain so in the coming weeks and months but our resilience and commitment to provide for and help with all your lighting needs is as strong (and bright) as ever.
